International Investment Rights

Epitome to global justice are international investment rights; those that are afforded to investors as they enter foreign jurisdictions. Investment treaties are entered into by States to protect the cross-border investment from injustice and to promote, protect, and liberalize those investments.

W&W works closely with Governments and investors on the protection of their rights, access to justice, and prevention of denial of justice, through direct mediums or through assistance with treaty drafting and ratification, to ensure that rights are addressed accordingly.
