Dubai-based contractor ASGC has revealed that it has reached five million man-hours without a lost time incident (LTI) for Emaar’s Address Harbour Point project.
The achievement is part of the contractor’s “Target Zero Commitment” Safety Campaign, which revolves around the commitment and accountability of each member at ASGC to ensure a zero-harm environment.
ASGC revealed the news on its Linkedin page commenting: “Congratulations to ASGC HSE team for receiving the award for achieving 5 million man hours without a lost time incident at The Address Harbour Point Project. We are proud of our HSE team!”
ASGC, who was appointed as the main contractor of the development in March 2019, exclusively confirmed to Construction Week in July 2019 that foundation works at the Address Harbour Point project was 87% completed, with the contractor also starting concrete works on the project’s ground floor slab.
