Azizi Developments’ Creek Views I marks 45% construction milestone

UAE-based private developer Azizi Developments’ Creek Views I project – which is 100% freehold and is situated on the Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City – has crossed the 45% construction milestone.

The Creek Views I project is scheduled to be completed by the Q2 2021. The project has already completed 100% of its structure, 85% of its blockwork, and 34% of its internal plaster.

The 19-storey development features 634 residences, comprising 396 studios, 218 one- and 20 two-bedroom units, as well as 3,097.5m2 of premium retail space.

Creek Views I will feature an all-inclusive health club, comprising a swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, as well as an outdoor yoga space.

Overlooking Dubai Healthcare City, Creek Views I boasts panoramic views of the Dubai Creek and the Downtown Dubai skyline.

It is situated on Al Khail Road, seven minutes away from the Dubai International Airport (DXB), eight minutes away from The Dubai Mall; and nine minutes away from Business Bay and DIFC.

Commenting on the construction progress, the executive director of the Engineering Division at Azizi Developments, Mohamed Ragheb, said: “The rapid construction at Creek Views I, as well as the recent launch of Creek Views II, reflect our passion and the increasing investor interest for Dubai Healthcare City.”

Ragheb added: “The construction progress at this valuable addition to the Dubai Healthcare City landscape underlines our commitment to timely delivery, all while adhering to our stringent quality control and assurance standards.

“Both Creek Views I and II are our direct response to the rising demand for strategically located, well-connected, carefully designed, and reasonably priced modern-luxury residential units in this promising area – one that is rapidly coming to life – and symbolises the fast advancements and forward-thinking spirit of Dubai, a swiftly evolving city that we are proud to catalyse.”
