Dubai-based private real estate developer Azizi Developments has confirmed that construction on its Mina project, which is located on Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, has reached 94%.
Spanning across nearly 38,500m2 of built up area, the Mina development is scheduled to be completed by Q3 2020.
Mina features 178 units, comprising 120 one-bedroom apartments, 54 two-bedroom residences, and four penthouses, as well as several retail units spread across over 1,847m2.
In terms of construction progress, the structure, blockwork and internal plaster of the Mina development is fully completed, while the tiling, HVAC, MEP, façade works, and elevator works are all 99% complete.
The swimming pool and overall finishing is now over 95% complete, with external works now standing at 80%.
Commenting on the progress, Azizi Developments executive director for sales and marketing, Nima Khojasteh said: “Mina enjoys a high demand from both local residents and international investors who value the lifestyle it embodies. Seeing this project being finalised fills us with immense pride.”
