Construction work is rapidly progressing on Miral’s Hilton Yas Bay Hotel and the accompanying beach club, with the project a having now been over 93% complete and set to open this year.
The percentage completion of the project was announced during HH Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Office’s visit to Yas Bay.
The 546-key Hilton Yas Bay Hotel is being built by a joint venture between SANJOSE Contracting and Fibrex Construction, in the southern end of Yas Island.
Earlier, this year, the developer along with Warners Bros topped out the $112m (AED411.4m) The WB Abu Dhabi Hotel, which is the world’s first Warner Bros-branded hotel.
The eight-storey hospitality project is scheduled to open in 2021.
Located adjacent to the Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi theme park in the UAE capital’s Yas Island, the project will feature more than 250 rooms and will include signature WB restaurants, a premier spa and fitness club, and a shaded rooftop pool.
