Hill Int’l wins project management consultancy contract in New Cairo

New York Stock Exchange-listed American construction consulting fim Hill International has secured project management consultancy (PMC) services contract for Egyptian real estate developer Landmark Sabbour’s Three Sixty Business and Leisure Park.

Announcing the contract win on its LinkedIn page, Hill International — which is working on Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Park and Sports Boulevard projects —  said that “the latest award comes in concurrence with Hill’s ongoing project management of the famous Landmark Sabbour project, 1-Ninety in New Cairo City”.

Three Sixty is set to become Landmark Sabbour’s masterpiece and flagship project in the city.

The project will create retail spaces, offices, clinics, and serviced apartments creating a 360-degree experience.

In April 2020, Hill International had won PMC contract for the new headquarters of the Arab African International Bank (AAIB) in 1-Ninety, Fifth District in New Cairo.

The project covered design and construction of the five-storey building that spans a total area of approximately 28,100m2. Additionally, the project also involves the construction of three basement parking levels with a total area of about 25,300m2.

Last year, Aldar Properties appointed Hill International to provide advisory and supervisory services for its Al Reeman Phase 1 and 2 developments in the UAE capital.
