“We work closely with all of our stakeholders to ensure the swift delivery of our ongoing projects.”

Phase 1 of Azizi Riviera comprises 3,589 residences across 18 towers ranging from 2,461 studios, 935 one-bedroom, 111 two-bedroom, and 82 three-bedroom units. Total built-up area of Phase 1 is 375,541m2 and a total gross floor area of 180,854m2.
