Dubai-based real estate developer Sobha Realty has confirmed that it is “on-track” for project delivery in 2020 after the completion of Phase 2 of its Gardenia Villas project and Phase 3 construction of the Hartland Greens development has hit 90%.
Despite the challenges of COVID-19, Sobha revealed that Phase 2 of its Gardenia Villas development is in the process of handover and the delivery of the Phase 3 Hartland Greens’ building five and six is scheduled for 2020.
The developer also added that construction across other projects within the master development, including Creek Vistas 1, One Park Avenue, Creek Vistas Reservé and Forest Villas, is also advancing as planned.
Sobha Hartland’s infrastructure is 90% complete and the overall development has reached 25% completion.
Commenting on the construction delivery commitment, Sobha Realty managing director and CEO, Francis Alfred, said: “With a reputation for timely project deliveries and best-in-class residences in prime locations, we are proud to have weathered this phase with minimal disruptions to construction operations as we prepare for the scheduled handover of a series of projects within the Sobha Hartland development.”
