Every two months, Lexis Nexis Middle East chooses three cases covered by law firms in the Middle East for coverage in the case focus feature of the magazine publication. Wasel & Wasel was honored to have been granted two out of the three spots in the case focus feature, with cases addressing the first Federal Supreme Court judgment in the UAE on a COVID-19 related dispute, and a judgment by the Dubai Cassation Court rejecting a FIDIC arbitration clause.
