Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

IP address (in shortened form)

These analytics services help us to know how many users we have, which parts of our sites are most popular, what browsers are used (so we can maximize compatibility), the country or region where our users are located, and the demographics and interests of our users.
